They were Horrible. Gave me an estimate of over $12,000 for a simple engine repair. These idiots began chatting with my tow truck driver about my vehicle, just being nosey. They then called me two weeks later, to harass me for seeking a better repair shop. This shop grossly overcharges customers. STAY AWAY, better repair shops up the street.

I have been taking my auto for service and repairs for a few years and found them to be very efficient. The work is always done in a timely manner and the employees are very professional.

My engine splash guard came loose and was dragging on the ground. I quickly searched for mechanic's near me and found My Mechanic Auto Service. They were very empathetic and in less than 15 minutes had me back on the road -- made my day! Thank you!

I can not say enough fantastic things about this shop amazing, quality, prices, people, honest, direct, knowledgeable, doesn’t over charge. Goes the extra mile. To make sure issue is fixed correctly. After 3 days at another place break pads and them telling me it was transmission needed replacing!!!! Which was wrong brake caliper were replaced she knew exactly what she was talking about and got me in immediately

My husband and I were on a World Cup road trip, on our way back home to Colorado, Bonnie and her team helped us after our car was giving us some overheating troubles. We are so thankful we found My Mechanic, they were so kind and helpful. The world needs more business like this, who care about people and are willing to help. I recommend this place 100%! If I could give this place ten stars I would. I always have a pleasant experience when getting my car checked here. Bonnie puts love and care into everything she does. She is always looking out for her clients. Always give solid advice as well. She's like a fairy godmother of the mechanic world. I also want to give Dylan and the rest of crew a shout-out as well. My 2nd time there and Bonnie and Dylan, went to the moon and back fixing the couple of problems I had with my 24 year old car . Very reasonable prices, they are NOW, my regular mechanics .. The actual mechanics in the bay, were nice to me as well, explaning to me what was going on ... Highy recommended !

My mom and I were on a road trip from Alberta, Canada to Vegas and LA. On our way back my car was making a weird sound. Didn’t feel comfortable to drive it back. We found My Mechanic on Google (thank goodness!) we pulled up, Bonnie took us in right away. Pulled some of her team members away from what they were already working on to help my mom and I get back on the road home! The repair of my vehicle was unexpected and stressful but she truly helped us by getting it all done. Not to mention… this was a Friday and they aren’t open during the weekend. But Bonnie expedited the parts needed and even made one of her mechanics stay late to finish my car. Nobody likes staying late after work, much less when it’s Friday. But he did with such patience and grace. Drove all the way home with no problems. I appreciate this shop so much. And anyone looking for a great place to get work done on their car… this is the shop for you. She runs an amazing shop. And seeing the way her staff adore her, she is also an amazing lady.

This mechanic was so helpful. I had to get home to Utah they found the problem and realized it was worst then they first realized. They found a way to fix it make it work so I could get home and saved me so much money and time and I am forever grateful for their help. I had gone in for a diagnostics on my 2014 Jeep Cherokee that I just bought, unaware of the issues. Bonnie helped me not only fix the problem but also gain more knowledge about my car and what I will need in the future. Bonnie is the sweetest, and her team was absolutely amazing! They took great care of my car and stayed consistent through all the hard work that needed to be done. Bonnie kept me up to date on the prices as well as all the issues. Thank you so so much!! Excellent service. My transmission was having some trouble, though I couldn't parse out the problem. Not only did Bonnie recognize the probable issue right off the bat, but she was right on the money with it. I received the news and the estimate within about half an hour, then it just took a day to fix (it was late in the day and they had to order some transmission fluid). Price was a-ok, and I got to interact some good natured folks. So overall a really solid experience. I'll definitely be returning.

I took my 2015 Tacoma in for brake service. They had me back on the road in 5 hours. Reasonable price and friendly service. I’ll be back and would recommend my friends and family to visit.

My mechanic is a great place for auto repairs and service! They understand your situation and walk you thru it. I recommend this place 100% ! They don't do things like other places where you will end up paying more! They are completely honest and bony will do whatever she can to help! Love this place!

I was 98% sure I needed a new oil pressure sensor. It was the dash indicator, and the truck was behaving in a way that seemed to agree. Foolishly, I tried Team Ford on Drexel Road first. Right off the bat, their Service Manager Rachel proved combative, bad tempered and worst of all, arrogant. A few months ago I'd paid $5k to my 'home' Ford dealership for cleaning/repairing some very serious rodent damage and so balked at Ford's typical (these days) $250 diagnosis ransom before they'll lift a finger. That's right, $250 to plug their computer into the vehicle and read the output. Less than 5 minutes of labor. After a bunch of insulting and purely robotic backtalk from Miss Rachel, I managed to get them to agree to an estimate for an oil pressure sensor replacement prior to having to pay the $250 ransom. I'd researched the cost and everywhere I looked, parts & labor for my engine should have been between a low of $150 and a high of $380. Their estimate, before the $250 diagnosis, was a whopping $1264.33. Then I called 'My Mechanic' on South Maryland Parkway. It was like waking up from a terrible nightmare. Bonnie, the owner, was delightful to talk to, super accommodating and slotted me in for a FREE diagnosis the following morning. (Probably not always free, but waaay less than Ford) Meeting Bonnie in person was a joy, my truck was pulled into the shop right on schedule, and I had all the answers I needed in no time. The damage? $280.34 all in. Bonnie and her team built confidence and earned my respect from minute one. They gained two lifelong customers (I only visit but my brother lives there full time) and I will go out of my way to drive business their way. Team Ford/Lincoln should look up customer service in the dictionary, then transition from protecting the dealership from its customers – aka customer disservice – to advocating for their customers and promoting the best possible customer experience. That’ll be $250 Miss Rachel.

My name is Diane Lucas, and my car was having trouble at 2016 Buick. Enclave, I came upon my mechanic shop where I met mr brett and miss Bonnie owner i was in distraught and distress, just moving here to Las Vegas. Most shops they take your money. I'll tell you what they think. That is or put a price on something. That's so serious. I was already working on a budget, and he said, let us come and look at your car first. And they did, and the hospitality wise set and waited for my car was very phenomenal. They were very friendly or like a family. I then made them my permanent mechanic shop. I came back again and they determined not to let me leave until they found out. What's going on with my car for then I forever appreciate them because there are people that rip you off but not them. And just a little 3 days that I've been coming here. It feels like a family. I even got to see pictures of the animals. 2 pigs and 2 wonderful dogs. If you really want your car done and you want to done right you should visit them they are the number one shop in my book.And also in google, check em out

Service was pricey but I appreciate the service. So far so good. I feel like they try to do there best work and give you the best service they can provide. Even if it isn't cheap.

I have been taking my Honda to My Mechanic for at least three years - mostly for oil changes, but they have also done other normal maintenance such as flushing radiator and replacing brakes. Their pricing is great and customer service is awesome - once they even went online and found a tail-light cover on eBay to save me hundreds of dollars when I balked at the cost of replacement! The shop dog is also the sweetest and the waiting area is comfortable with good wi-fi :)

My Mechanic has helped me get back on the road numerous times and I’m so grateful to have a reliable business that is down to earth, has kind employees, and an owner who is super approachable. I recommend this shop and will continue to benefit from their excellent service.
