Our car ended up needing more work than we realized and Bonnie was so nice every step of the way. Her and the mechanics went out of their way to get the car back in working order. It was a bit pricy but honestly that's not their fault, it was what was wrong with the car. No wonder this shop has such great reviews. They also have a cute dog my kid could not get enough of.

Bonnie and her entire crew are absolutely amazing. Bonnie has a heart of gold, and if I could give 1000 stars I definitely would. This is literally My Mechanic now!!! Trying to figure out why she doesn’t have a 5 Star Rating!!!

I got help from who I think is the manager, I told him the symptoms of my car and he automatically knew, I had about 7 people before not be able to tell me what it was , he found out what it was and they fixed it and had it done in a couple of hours, the sigh of relief when the noise was gone was like this mechanic shop came down from heaven, great pricing and they had a cute dog the size of a 5’8 person standing up 😍

Regular customer for 4 years. I came in recently for an oil change. They inspected the brakes and found that the front brakes needed work. They replaced the brake pads and rotors. There was no charge for that, their warranty was in effect. They are honest and they know what they are doing.

Replaced a shifter assembly. Returned to the shop to insert a connector not plugged back in. No hassle. Dealer wanted to charge me double the price.

Let me start off by saying this is a great shop. I recommend anyone with a classic car to Go to them and get your car done right I had a problem with my transmission. I thought I did, but it was just a starter. Thank you guys for helping me out five stars.

Our poor Mazda 3 had visited 2 previous, so called mechanics. Both botched the job (front end issues) which almost had us stranded in the desert on I 10. My wife, who is recovering from Leukemia and our orange kitty were in the car with me. Finally, when we had to repair the car in Las Vegas, a true rarity appeared to us; My Mechanic! An honest mechanic who both told the truth and helped keep the price as reasonable as safety allowed. We drove our Mazda back through the desert to New Mexico without a single issue. If you are in Las Vegas or nearby, don't mess about; just visit My Mechanic!

I was leaving on a fishing trip to the Eastern Sierras and my ac quit working on Thursday. I called on Monday morning and was told to come in without an appointment. I described the problem and the possible solutions were discussed. I waited while the technician started working. The problem was solved with the least expensive solution - it was a lot less than I expected to pay. I’m putting My Mechanic in my contacts and will definitely go back if the need arises.

They were Horrible. Gave me an estimate of over $12,000 for a simple engine repair. These idiots began chatting with my tow truck driver about my vehicle, just being nosey. They then called me two weeks later, to harass me for seeking a better repair shop. This shop grossly overcharges customers. STAY AWAY, better repair shops up the street.

I have been taking my auto for service and repairs for a few years and found them to be very efficient. The work is always done in a timely manner and the employees are very professional.

My engine splash guard came loose and was dragging on the ground. I quickly searched for mechanic's near me and found My Mechanic Auto Service. They were very empathetic and in less than 15 minutes had me back on the road -- made my day! Thank you!

I can not say enough fantastic things about this shop amazing, quality, prices, people, honest, direct, knowledgeable, doesn’t over charge. Goes the extra mile. To make sure issue is fixed correctly. After 3 days at another place break pads and them telling me it was transmission needed replacing!!!! Which was wrong brake caliper were replaced she knew exactly what she was talking about and got me in immediately

My husband and I were on a World Cup road trip, on our way back home to Colorado, Bonnie and her team helped us after our car was giving us some overheating troubles. The actual mechanics in the bay, were nice to me as well, explaning to me what was going on ... Highy recommended !

My mom and I were on a road trip from Alberta, Canada to Vegas and LA. On our way back my car was making a weird sound. Didn’t feel comfortable to drive it back. We found My Mechanic on Google (thank goodness!) we pulled up, Bonnie took us in right away. Pulled some of her team members away from what they were already working on to help my mom and I get back on the road home! The repair of my vehicle was unexpected and stressful but she truly helped us by getting it all done. Not to mention… this was a Friday and they aren’t open during the weekend. But Bonnie expedited the parts needed and even made one of her mechanics stay late to finish my car. Nobody likes staying late after work, much less when it’s Friday. But he did with such patience and grace. Drove all the way home with no problems. I appreciate this shop so much. And anyone looking for a great place to get work done on their car… this is the shop for you. She runs an amazing shop. And seeing the way her staff adore her, she is also an amazing lady.

This mechanic was so helpful. I had to get home to Utah they found the problem and realized it was worst then they first realized. They found a way to fix it make it work so I could get home and saved me so much money and time and I am forever grateful for their help. I had gone in for a diagnostics on my 2014 Jeep Cherokee that I just bought, unaware of the issues. Bonnie helped me not only fix the problem but also gain more knowledge about my car and what I will need in the future. Bonnie is the sweetest, and her team was absolutely amazing! Excellent service. My transmission was having some trouble, though I couldn't parse out the problem. Not only did Bonnie recognize the probable issue right off the bat, but she was right on the money with it. I received the news and the estimate within about half an hour, then it just took a day to fix (it was late in the day and they had to order some transmission fluid). Price was a-ok, and I got to interact some good natured folks. So overall a really solid experience. I'll definitely be returning.
